Local Order Process
Because most of our sales are based on custom ordered structures, we ask for you to contact us by phone or in person when going through ordering process. Please contact us or visit us at our location.

At the time of ordering a 20% deposit is required on most purchases, build on sites and 2 story garages require a 20% deposit and the remaining balance is due the day BEFORE we deliver and construct the building. The deposit will be refundible for cancellations made within five business days. The balance is to be paid upon delivery for all fully constructed sheds, gazebos, pavilions, and swingsets. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Personal Checks, and Cash for all Deposits and Payments.

Due to the fact that customers are constantly coming up with new ideas to further customize their structures, we do reserve the right to ask for a larger deposit at the time of ordering.
